Week 2 reflection

  I did not state in the first week the importance of music when it came to my project. Music has been a staple in my life for the past few years and I am almost always listening to music. Whether it's classical or rap, I will always listen to music depending on what I am doing or what mood I am in. At first, I was unaware of the importance of music when it came to running. I would start running but couldn't help but notice something lacking, I didn't know whether or not it was motivation, sleep or food. That was until the 4th day I brought my apple watch and airpods on my run and the impact was crazy. I remember I was listening to X-wing by Denzel Curry and I hit my first runners high. Day 11

                                                                      Day 11 Practice marathon… Today I woke up and decided to do a sort of practice marathon, 7 miles in the morning and 7 miles in the afternoon with a break in between. Right after I woke up I got out of bed and made myself a bowl of greek yogurt and granola. After eating breakfast I went on a 7 mile run down and back up my road and it proved to be fairly easy because I hit a good runner high early on and went with the flow for the rest of the run and before I knew it, It was over.
